Latemse Kluis is a museum in Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium

The former estate of the brothers Dominicans, now ‘Latemse Kluis’ (the Latem vault) was built around 1930 on the grounds of the painter Edgar Gevaert. It is the meeting place of the Latem artists who regurlarly exhibited in Ars, Ghent. It works actually, but it takes the power away from the previous holder. I know because I have seen it happen to this very subreddit. The founder, u/malgoya had originally found this great source of power and reigned supreme over r/evilbuildings for years. After an almost completely unmatched rule over the subreddit and it's vast wealth of upvotes, the immortal tasted blood for the first time in what felt like forever. The great challenger, u/teillu had broken king malgoya's throne, but malgoya wasn't finished. It was a long and epic battle, but in the ashes it was neither teillu nor malgoya to rise back up, but a new seeker of power, u/savvyfuck. To this day savvyfuck's tyranny still thunders over the world if r/evilbuildings. He/she just sits there, enthralled in the castle of upvotes just waiting patiently waiting for the next challenger, the castles new champion.
