I personally care about #2 more than the others. I hate that like 99% of the games i play exclude the north-east part of the map. That entire area is so cool but just doesn't get used ever. Such a waste.
Imo there needs to be a large river going somewhere through the map that connects the northern river to the southern canal where the bridges are. Boats will have more of a use then.
