Regardless of the monstrosity that is fossil fuels, I don't even think windmills are that ugly. Maybe one windmill by itself looks a little weird and out of place, but have you seen windmill farms? Those things can looking pretty fucking cool imo

Looks like most of that "smoke" is actually steam from the cooling towers on the right.
Carbon dioxide is conveniently invisible.
