On the Nerdist podcast, Tudyk said he was for the most part, given rein to ad lib his lines on Wreck-It-Ralph.

For the scene when Ralph rampaged after the first race, he wanted King Candy to say "Calm down everyone! We don't want to start a race riot!" The director loved it, but he couldn't get Disney to let it stay.

Edit- Because this is my highest comment for today you guys got me nostalgic enough to go back for a listen, now I'll add in the time stamp the story starts. Obviously I wasn't quoting verbatim since I heard it a few months ago but yes, he does tell parts of the story in King Candy's voice.

Story at 26 minutes, 20 Seconds

Edit 2- Someone corrected my use of the word "reign"
