Soca Valley, love it! I have a simillar picture from last year, probably taken from the same bridge?
I totally recommend* renting a bike in Bovec and explore the place, it is amazing!
* I also recommend doing some rafting, kayaking, canyoning and zip line in the mountains. All in all, 2 to 3 days full of fun activities in a wonderful place.
