I went to the hospital the night after getting my drink spiked and wallet stolen (confirmed based on friends recounts on my strange behaviour, and symptoms the night of and the next few days after), to get my blood tested to see what I got spiked with and to consider filing a police report, and the nurse told me there was no point because nothing would be detectable after a few hours and it would be a waste of time. I felt really stupid and embarrassed and I still dont know why she sent me home. It took 4 days to fully recover from whatever it was so I'm sure it was something nasty :(

My friend got a rape kit after her incident. They charged her $600 for the hospital room and medicine.
