In Israel ISP's were required to give a guarantee of minimum speed, but no restrictions were put on them. So they guarantee a minimum speed of 0.01mbps on my 100mbit connection. Dammit.
Honesty BT can get fucked. My internet cuts out all the damn time, even after they sent out an engineer to "fix" it. Pretty sure he just spent a few hours jackin' it in his little van. Wankers.
