That's wood sorrel. Tops are green, bottoms are purple

If you eat this, its sour. It acts like a thirst quencher. You can add it to a salad for flavoring. It is not a clover but wood sorrel, or commonly referred to as sourgrass. All parts of the plant are edible and can be eaten raw, other than the root. If boiled you can make an orange dye. the more you know
