My then 8 year-old stepson got his Miiverse suspended for a poor, rushed drawing of a hand holding a sword. It looked more like a hand holding a dick, which was not his intention. After explaining the situation to him we had a good laugh about it. Nintendo doesn't mess around with this stuff.
