Sad news to report from Talkeetna, Stubbs the cat has passed away.
According to a release from Nagley's store, the unofficial Mayor of Talkeetna, Stubbs the cat passed away in his sleep Thursday night.
The release states Stubbs was 20-years-old.
According to the statement from the family...
"If you would like to send a card or a letter, please address it to:
All cards will be put into a scrapbook/memory book and displayed at Nagley’s Store."

I used to live there. Best mayor that town has ever had. I wish I could remember the name of the ice cream place I used to go too.
