For those asking these were made and given out to retail locations for the NA launch of New Vegas (not sure if they were also made anywhere else). I don't know if anyone has been able to figure out how many were made, but the last time I looked into it, it seemed to be less that 500. It is definitely one of the coolest gaming merch items I own
