I always thought about this in the original Trilogy... What do the Rebels do after they win? Set about replacing every mindless Empire bureaucrat with a mindless Rebel one? It seems like their only platform is "Not the Empire". It is no wonder the new films skipped over what happened in between them killing the Empire and then the Empire 2 Electric Boogaloo.
