No way! Looking at this picture I can almost swear our kitties are related (I saw this and thought this was a picture of mine). My pretty boy is a little over a year old and his eyes/fur/whiskers/tail/everything looks just like this. We adopted him as a kitten. We're from the Sacramento area (California) so if you are too then maybe it's possible they're from the same litter? As a baby he also had kind of that dirty nose that yours had (some kind of kitten cold). If not that's some crazy genetic coincidence lol
