This was my first attempt at making a burger, smash style. The end result did not disappoint. My only complaint would be that it made my kitchen very smokey.
As for the build, I used a potato bun(butter toasted), a mix of mayo and mustard, lettuce, two patties seasoned with pepper and msg, American cheese, grilled onions, tomato, and pickles.

I didn't know what I wanted to make for dinner tonight. Then I saw your delicious photo. Suddenly I was at the grocery store buying all the stuff I need for burgers. Thanks!
