I watched a young woman try to shoplift from my local Goodwill. The grandmotherly clerk stopped her at the door. Gave her a grandma hug. Escorted her back to pick out some better clothes, shoes, and a backpack. The girl left with a huge smile and tears, walking down to the bus stop.
I'm proud to donate to places that have people and policies like that.
