I think there's a difference between physical and intellectual safe spaces. Everyone, regardless of their skin color, gender, political alignment, etc. has the right to be safe from physical harm. The safe spaces depicted are intellectual ones. What you're saying here with this cartoon is that we here on the right don't want you to be safe from physical harm(which is not true at all) or that the police only protect us on the right (which isn't true either)

Being physically safe is important. But forcing me to change what i say so you dont feel triggerd is not.
