Everything is swiss buttercream, which is not as sweet as american buttercream. Chocolate cake on the inside, with coffee syrup spread on top of each layer, and coffee swiss buttercream between each layer.

This is the correct proportion of buttercream flowers to cake.

Goddamn...good job. I worked in a bakery for a while and could never get the frosting roses down. There was this old Vietnamese lady there though who could churn them out like nothing (can't remember her real name, we just called her "aunty")
