Cut up some chicken breasts into tender shapes. Then throw them into a ziplock bag and cover them in buttermilk. I added cayenne, paprika, dried onion flakes and garlic powder. Mix it all up and leave it to marinate overnight if you can.

In a large bowl (I'm really sorry I didn't measure anything) mix together a couple cups of flour and like 2-3 teaspoons of all the spices. Also add in the tiniest bit of buttermilk to the flour until it's just barely chunky.

Dip your marinated chicken strips into the flour mix and coat them well. CAREFULLY place them into a pan with oil to cover the chicken or a frier. Just cook until golden brown, eat too many then try not to have a heart attack :)
