Depending how much you feel it's worth, in the photography sub there was a guy who's work was fairly frequently being ripped off.
Basically if he found someone using his images he would send them a bill for what he would typically charge. They would remove the image or otherwise try to back out and say okay we got rid of it...but it's too late, they used it, they owe him money.
So depending on how cheap you can get a lawyer and how much your livelihood depends on your art, it may be worth looking into.
They used your image, they owe you money. It may not be worth taking them to court, but it may be worth sending them an invoice and threatening to do so.
