I'm gonna be that guy and say you can't take 2 data points 23 years apart and assume a linear trend during that timeline. This chart is misleading, as much as I agree with the intended message.
Space between y-axis labels is not uniform Y-axis is not uniformly increasing (5 10 25) Y-axis isn't even always increasing (25 30 25) Data is cherry picked from 2 dates 23 years apart Data points for countries aren't labeled, compounding axis issues. What was the value for South Korea in 1990? Multiple errors in title (singular death, capitalization).
