I would like to purchases a used cruise liner and convert it to apartments.
I don't have to buy any land I don't have to worry about earthquakes I don't have to worry about rising sea levels It's already built just need a dock
I am sure the NIMBY crowd would disagree and image 3 cruse ships with the potentiality of 6000 rooms, would that lower the prices of apartments in San Francisco?
