That's strictly speaking not true. According to Genesis, God created the animals one day before he created man, meaning that the biggest penis on earth would, I believe, belong to the blue whale.
Even if we just stuck with land mammals, Adam would have to compete with elephants, horses, etc.
In other words, it's no wonder that she's unimpressed.
