I feel like the dude could have legitimately made a mistake. Even in follow up picture with comments he never said anything to dig a hole further. The OP turned out to be the dude he mistakenly thought was his brother and then just proceeded to say they look similar. Just seems like an honest mistake to me but maybe I'm missing something.
