This was after a concert. I was going for a Bebi Vegeta inspired look, and yes those are homemade duct tape pants.
Edit: To those asking: My wife made me give up the shirt years ago unfortunately. I am absolutely loving all of these comments though. Making my day and I'm glad I can laugh about the past.
