Chili's almost didn't allow them to use their brand in the Dundies episode. The reason they had to include Pam getting banned from Chili's is because she was so drunk in the episode that Chili's needed it to be clear that it was because she was stealing other people's drinks and not because she was over-served. The Chili's manager talking head was added at the last minute to save the episode.
