My dog Simon would have this brilliant idea of trying to escape whenever mom forgot to close the gate. Every time he'd rummage through someones backyard the phones started to ring. It's like the whole neighbor hood knew him. ( our neighbors up the road called him Houdini haha things started to disappear if I can recall). At a point in my senior year I knew what each "Hunnny" meant. After getting his collar I'd apologize to the neighbors and call to him "Simon come back right here Right now. Right now. I mean it Simon!" He'd go from this most joyous look to the typical lab BUSTED face. It's like no matter how many times he'd have the walk of shame back home, he'd be back at it the next time time mother presents the opportunity.
my pupper once did a heckin speedy zoomie out our door at a squirrel, which she chased behind a fence and dissappeard. We looked for her for like 15 minutes of the most intense stress filled heck of my life only to have her bamboozle us by jumping out from behind a bush with the biggest heckin grin ever on her face, wanting to do some more play.
