That's where the power button is on a MacBook, except the MacBook doesn't have a delete key.
Edit: I meant "delete" in the context of the key in the photo: delete forward. MacBooks don't have a dedicated "delete forward" key, but they do have a backspace key that they sometimes label as "delete." You can "delete forward" using fn + delete. Clear as mud.
I have an ASUS with the same keypad, and when I got it I thought it was a huge design flaw. Somehow, in the last 18 months, I hadn't even come close to accidentally sleeping my laptop. Until last night.
