It's not that I hate support, it's that I hate babysitting people who can't remember their own information, who expect me to remember their passwords for them, and who put no effort to reset it themselves short of calling you and making you do it.
And because they're sales/marketing you have to suck their dick while you do it to make up for all of the money your support department spends and the marketers make.
