We recently moved and while cleaning, noticed hundreds of this good girl's nose prints on the bottom of my daughter's door. She checks on her over and over while she is asleep.

That appears to be a #1 Quality Beast you have there.

My sweet German shepherd mix saved my life when I was a baby. She alerted my parents that I wasn't breathing in my crib by barking and running back to the nursery. I owe my life to her and I miss her every day.

My cat does this with my kids. Before my husband and I go to sleep we have to open each child's door for her and she will go in there, hop on their beds, check on them and then leave. If we don't let her do this, she will meow and wail until we get up and let her do her thing. Every single night

Edit: Woke up to find that I had a cat tax obligation. I will wait until tonight to take a picture of her doing her nightly routine but here are other pictures.

This cat will growl if someone knocks on the front door or rings the doorbell. Also apologies for the messy house. We were in the process of moving when these were taken.
