Police reports show a teenager punched her alleged attacker in the genitals to stop a sexual assault.

The Oklahoma City Police Department reports that on May 29 officers were contacted by a set of parents stating their 16-year-old daughter had been sexually assaulted.

The parents told police that their daughter was friend with a girl and had asked to stay over at her residence in the 4100 block of S. Robinson. At some point during the night, several men arrived and began partying at the home. The two girls then went to a room and fell asleep.

Early the next morning, the victim's friend woke her up and stated she was going to the store. The friend also said that no one was in the home and she would lock the door behind her.

A few minutes later, the victim allegedly woke up to 20-year-old Andrews Rivera on top of her with his pants and underwear around his ankles. Police reports show Rivera was holding the girl down and began to sexually assault her. At some point, the teen punched Rivera in the testicles "like her brothers showed her how to do". The man then rolled off the bed and she ran out of the home.

Police were then notified and Rivera was later arrested on a complaint of rape by instrumentation.

Why was the guy arrested for "rape by instrumentation" and what the hell is that?

As a man, this action stops literally all physical activities for me for a good 30 minutes. A good kick to the groin renders me useless for the foreseeable future. All woman please take note if you are ever (hopefully never)in this situation.

Edit: Rape is a horrific and disgusting crime. I'm not a defense pro and I understand there are many defense techniques. Ball pain is real but can differ from one nut knock to the next, I get it. In closing: Don't rape people! It's not cool, like, at all.
