Source. It doesn't actually say that's Kyle Rowling (it just says "stunt double"), but he was Lee's stunt double (or "fight double") and it looks like him, so...

Rowling was also Samuel L. Jackson's double and acted out General Grievous's fight scenes in a bluescreen and greenscreen suit. He even got to play a Jedi character in the arena battle.

Edit: here's a super long interview with him. No mention of being Jackson's stunt double.

That lightsaber prop he's holding is curious. IIRC, they used some lightsaber blades that lit up for some parts of the duels, but I didn't think they'd look so primitive. I also thought they were only used for parts with Lee.

Edit 2: I've yet to find any pictures/videos of Rowling being a stunt double for Jackson or being Grievous, so that's a bit weird. Also, he could simply be setting up the lightsaber for Lee or just showing how to use it, since I believe this is the only time they're used and that's clearly C. Lee. And here's a video that shows Rowling in action a few times.
