Are you in centeral asia? What's the name for that style of cuff on your shirt? Is that a golden eagle? Have you considered cross posting to photshop battles? Someone may be able to doctor the photo so the arms on the bird are more visilbe and right on sync. (and hopefully post a how to vid with it)
