My daughter earning her medal for 1,000 books before kindergarten. So proud of her. Sadly, and awesomely, she's been through more books in her life than I have.
I've read at least one book to my 4 year old pretty much every night of his life, so probably going on 1500 or so by now. Where the hell is my medal? I mean his medal?

I mean even if they are kids books that is a lot of books and also a very talented, diligent reader.
