Put a test pop up box in an add-in I was making for my boss once, that said "shits broken yo" when it didn't work. Right when I was testing it he stopped by and I didn't have time to comment it out. Had to demo the program and click through that box as fast as possible when it popped up, he either didn't notice or didn't say anything about it thankfully. Never again
