It is beautiful and pretty damn clean, but the water still feels freezing in the summer. My militant uncle threw me off the boat, chucked a ski at me and wouldn't let me out of that water until I could slalom ski.
How can so many of you live there? Between this and the other thread it seems like half the Lake Tahoens have shown up on Reddit to support you picture taking posters (and fine picture-taking it is i might add!)
