Not only the 1O0% but the "satisfaction guaranteed" has some mixed bold letters

If pressed, they only guarantee 10%....their lawyers had them put that on there.

Hey Op! That's a font called Knockout by hoefler frere jones. (Typography.com)

It has a lot of weight ranges that go from super narrow to super wide. This type of font is often used to imply handset type made out of wood blocks. In the old days (1900) people would print stuff by grabbing individual letters and lock them into a matrix and print. But sometimes you'd grab a wrong letter from a wrong set. Or simply run out of a matching set.

This "look" was popular in 2008-ish to communicate hand-made, rustic, freshness and old timey trust. Which is likely what they are going for there.

It's just really badly done.
