This is another very similar case where someone who clearly committed a crime, was not convicted due to future prospects. Surprisingly, it is a non-white male involved.
Reminds me of that kid whose father said his son couldn't go to jail because he had a promising future and "wouldn't be able to enjoy his favorite meal: steak". The fuck.
