Micheal Rooker is just a great guy overall. My friends went to a convention that he was at with their five year old dressed up as a Marvel character, and the guy stopped them because he wanted to take a picture with their kid. When they went to the same convention a year later, he remembered their kid from the year before and gave them a signed Yondu picture.
He's an absolutely awesome guy in person and he was fantastic in this role.
