What 'hot' salsa means to you depends a lot on where you grew up. Living in Belgium I could drink the 'hot' salsa from the supermarket and not even get that much of a buzz. But when I went to the US once, I got the 'extra hot' salsa for some chips. I could handle about one drop per chip.
