Classic Greek dish. One of my all time favorites. Has a name though. Pastitsio.

Pastitsio > lasagna
Actually, an Italian friend told me that you'd be much more likely to find a dish like this in most of the eastern part of Italy than what Americans usually think of as Italian lasagna.
