Sharknado nothing. Our party's moon druid came up with a plan to conjure a swarm of piranhas (or similar), shapechange into a water elemental as a bonus action, scoop up the fish inside him, and then spend combat engulfing enemies while his fish eat them. No homebrew needed. Obviously the DM would have to be kind to give him fish from the conjure...
