I have gotten to the point that when I see one random, vague bad review, especially if it mentions a specific price, I assume it's bullshit. Or that the person is a piece of shit. Or some combination of the two. There has to be a few bad reviews for me to take it seriously.

I feel like I need to show this to my co-workers that I supervise to stress the importance of notating accounts thoroughly. Customers lie so hard sometimes and they force my hand when notation of every communication is lacking.

And it protects customers who are also screwed as well... I need to stop taking my work home with me emotionally.

People like this ruin a good business, literally. You always have to cover your ass because these pricks would have you work for free if they could. Nobody respects the value of anything anymore. Imagine if his next ten or twenty customers did this, they'd be broke
