Are meme's a coping mechanism that helps us deal with the disparity that structural violence has been imposed on us?

Hey thats my son's school. Woodland hills in Pittsburgh and there has been several cases of this. They even had a principal that was recorded threatening a special needs student but the student was suspended since the recording was illegal. My 4th grade son as well has his fair share of issues with abusive staff including a staff member that forcefully locked him in a office. http://www.post-gazette.com/local/east/2017/01/12/Woodland-Hills-High-School-principal-reinstated-after-recorded-threatening-student-Pittsburgh/stories/201701120204
