hot oil mixture: 1 cup oil, 2tbsp cayenne, 2tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tbsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1tbsp brown sugar. heat over flame only to get it hot enough to combine all the spices. let is cool down. you can either dunk the chicken into the oil or paint it on with a brush.
