Oh I'm so jealous. I really wish floral flavors like lavender, rose, etc. were more common in the US. Seems they only show up in high-end restaurants here.
I used to be able to buy homemade lavender fudge and it was one of the most exquisite tasting treats I've ever eaten. If you ever get an opportunity to try lavender in a sweet/dessert do not hesitate.
