From top: sweet potato shepherd's pie (modified with no flax or tomato and adding extra veggies, etc), turkey chorizo meatballs (1lb each of pork chorizo and ground turkey, 1 jalapeño, some paprika/salt/pepper/garlic, 1 onion, 1 egg), salmon cakes
Do you freeze part of the meals of keep them all in the fridge? Im trying to get better at meal prep & currently only make 3-4 days worth of food b/c I'm afraid it will go bad.
