I'm glad I was never the child of a parent who got too heated and freaked out.

My dad used to ump my games because parents had to put in volunteer hours for little league. He called a fair game but parents on both teams would always moan and groan because you need to have a bigger strike zone for 10 year olds especially if the kid can't throw strikes.

I remember one game when the opposing team had some parents who would just not shut the fuck up for every little call. He called a time out walked to the bleachers and said one more negative word out of any of you and your going to cause your kids' team to forfeit the game. Crickets could be heard for the rest of it.

He wouldn't even favor me he called more strikes on me than everyone probably. Even called me out when I stole 3rd and was safe, he felt bad about that one but didn't want to favor anyone.

Daddy baseball is the worst. You complaining about a call is not going to reverse the call. It's only going to embarrass your kid and teach them to act the same way. One kids dad got banned for life from going to games because he almost fought an umpire.
