Ok to break this down for everyone replying they dont get it:
"asi asi" is Spanish for "so so" or "meh". Native speakers have said "mas o menos" (more or less) fits better. "Dios mio" is an exclamation like "oh my god!" I'm saying sitcom George Lopez is "meh", but his standup is "dios mio" hilarious.
For my native speakers "asi asi" may not translate across all dialects of Spanish, I'm just a guy from Baltimore with a public school education of the language.
For everyone saying he steals jokes, Ima need the receipts. I looked at one video comparing a bit Lopez and Chappelle did with a "Mexican Vice President". Aside from that most results I get when I search "george lopez steals jokes" are about Carlos Mencia.
