There is a mission that, to this day, has always stuck with me. The one where you're at this auction for sex slaves and in the center of a human trafficking ring. You can use CtOS to scan each woman one by one and you get things like 'Age 16, Missing for 12 years', 'Mentally handicapped' or 'Harvard Graduate'.
A lot of people call it a shitty game (and compared to the hype, it is), but to me, that was probably one of absolute best ways I've seen a developer tell a subtle story through game mechanics.
