I'm really glad rockstar made a serious GTA, if only the one. Probably why it will always remain my favorite.

Niko Belic is from former yugoslavia (most likely Serbia citing emails from his mother and the conflict with bosnians). This is a pretty deeply accurate reflection of serbian history. There isn't a single generation without bloodshed
